I KNOW IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME AGAIN. But holy crap. School is craaaaaazy. Life is crazy. I'm behind in alllll my classes so I'm kind of screwed. But I'll get it together soon. :)

Anyway, I have been able to keep track of fashion week because I have a fashion course this semester. Yaaaaaay. It's not as good as I was hoping it would be. Actually, it kind of sucks. No wait. The people suck. The class is okay. The teacher and most of the students don't know who Alexander McQueen is. It made me sad.

But anyway. I made sure to check out Jeremy Scott's collection as soon as I got the chance. And once again, he made my life.

This man blew my mind. He always does. Those over-the-knee boots are so badass but the jeweled leather jacket is probably my favourite piece out of everything. I've had a huge obsession with leather jackets recently so this just kind of fed the addiction. The "STYLE" oversized v-neck sweater dress also caught my attention. It took awhile for me to figure out why her arms were out. Then I actually read it and I was like "WOAH". Literally. The silhouette dress/belt thing was so creative. It reminded me of Viktor and Rolf's Fall '08 line. You know, the "NO" one:

Why? I'm not completely sure. They have absolutely nothing to do with each other and don't even look remotely alike. It just reminded me of it. Don't judge.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I literally JUST saw this on CNN and almost cried. I read the article and freaaaaaaked out. That's so sad. OMG. He was onnly 40. And he was amazing. And I love him. And oh no. :(
WHYYYYYYYYYY GOD?

On his website it read:

"ON BEHALF OF LEE MCQUEEN'S FAMILY, ALEXANDER MCQUEEN TODAY ANNOUNCES THE TRAGIC NEWS THAT LEE MCQUEEN, THE FOUNDER AND DESIGNER OF THE ALEXANDER MCQUEEN BRAND HAS BEEN FOUND DEAD AT HIS HOME. AT THIS STAGE IT IS INAPPROPRIATE TO COMMENT ON THIS TRAGIC NEWS BEYOND SAYING THAT WE ARE DEVASTATED AND ARE SHARING A SENSE OF SHOCK AND GRIEF WITH LEE'S FAMILY."

It then went on to say:

"LEE'S FAMILY HAS ASKED FOR PRIVACY IN ORDER TO COME TO TERMS WITH THIS TERRIBLE NEWS AND WE HOPE THE MEDIA WILL RESPECT THIS."

He was too amazing to die. :(

This is so sad. Like, I don't know what to say.
Nonononononono.

I remember when I first got into fashion, his runway shows were the first ones I saw and it's one of the main reasons I got into it. His unique pieces were always catching my attention and everytime fashion week rolled around, I would always be sure to look at his show as soon as possible. I can honestly say that he is one of my favourite designers and he will be greatly missed. He wasn't afraid to do what he wanted to do an I have a lot of respect for him for doing that. My deepest condolences go out to his friends and family.

I know I've been basically MIA for the last month or so but I have reason to! I have no time for anything. My room still looks like a hurricane went through it so I obviously haven't progressed much.
Anyway, I took time out of my busy schedule and, as way for me to procrastinate on my already large pile of binders and textbooks waiting for me on my bed, I made an inspiration thingy. YAY.

James Dean, "Fame Is Boring" magazine cut out, Alice In Wonderland (SO excited for the movie), Lady Gaga, the stars reflecting off of icicles (I recommend looking it up. It's beautiful!), pretty lady with cool tights and an intense pocket watch, the sky at night (beaut), fireworks, SPACE (YUS!), MORE SPACE (DOUBLE YUS!), Chanel McD's, assorted pictures, newspaper cutouts, SPACE...AGAIN.

Cute, ain't it? Is it obvious that space is kind of amazing to me right now...?

Yeah...I didn't think so either. I should've put more. Dang nabbit.

Everyone I know goes away in the end.

Holy crap I have been so busy with school and friends and stuff it's ridiculous. I don't have time for anything anymore. Like cleaning my room. It's a total wreck in here. I'm just too busy/lazy to do anything. :(
I can't wait for this semester to end. It's so much work!

I'll be updating more often after next week is over because all my exams will be done! So just letting people know I am still alive. ;)

It's been awhile since I've updated, I know. But I just wanted to say Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays to all of you! Hope you have a good one! :)

I've been crazy busy lately. I've been volunteering all day wrapping gifts at the local mall and at night I've been with family and friends, celebrating. I've barely had time to clean my room. There will be more time for updates though because the Christmas rush is over!

Anywho, I've been listening to Christmas songs all day and hanging out with the famjam then I'm going to a family Christmas party tonight. I just have to clean the bathroom and my bedroom first. So I guess I should get on that...
Yeah...sounds like a plan.
