I know it's been a week since I updated. DON'T HATE ME. It's been a long, rough, messed up week full of school, homework, family and drama.
Anyway. I know this happened like, last month, but I just started looking through these again on style.com. So I'm kinda behind by a lot. :(

I had a dream last night we drove out to see Las Vegas.
We lost ourselves in the bright lights, I wish you could've seen us.

I just saw Anna Sui's collection and I LURVEEEE it. Not as much as Balmain, but still, pretty hot. ;)

Usually I'm usually into really clean, simple, tailored pieces that are lacking in the colour department, so I was surprised when I found myself drooling over these.

Of course, I had to sneak in a little monochrome. It's what I do.
I did find one outfit that was barf-tastic. But that could be because it reminds me of a deer. I REALLY hate deer. A lot.

I'm not totally sure why this reminds me of a deer. There's absolutely nothing about it that's deer-like.

Er. What kind of noise do meese make? Wait. Meese isn't a word. Meeses? What's the plural of moose? :S
WHATEVER. I have to go clean.

Two things.
First, that is a GREAT song and I recommend you check it out. It's called "Doesn't Remind Me" by Audioslave. After I post this, I'm going to walk around with intentions to not go anywhere specifically while listening to this song just to clear my head. It's great. You should try it sometime.
Second thing, Balmain's Fall 2009 ready-to-wear collection was...(to quote Rachel Zoe, because she deserves it) absolutely BANANAS!! (and yes, I'm aware that my coverage of fashion week is a little late, but my internet has been down for a gazillion years!)

The colour palette isn't the most vibrant thing in the world, but omg. OMG. Look at those blazers! Look at how structured they are. And studs. OMFGSTUDS!

Another one that caught my attention was Alexander McQueen, obviously. The lips were kind of freaky, but everything else was fantastic! He's a freaking genius!

I was speechless after I saw this. I just sat there like "What the hell was that?"...but in a good way! Just when I thought I'd seen everything there was to see in the world, I saw these...


I know, right? Freaking AWESOME. I feel like if I poked the last dress with a pin, it would deflate. I'd love to see that. I wonder sometimes how he keeps his sanity while he creates these things. Then I think maybe he's secretly insane. Then I go to bed. (:
